Are you ready to kick your workout up a notch? These small group weight training and body sculpting sessions are designed to improve strength and tone muscle. The personalized approach encourages exercise consistency and the attainment of fitness goals. Special attention to movement technique will help you get the most of your Jazzercise workout. Fall sessions will begin in September. Class size is limted to 5, so please sign up now if you're interested. Cost is $10 per session or $70 for a block of eight sessions.
